Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee licensing staff performance and development.
• Collect training feedback and report deficiencies.
• Participate in calls, shadowing, metrics reviews, and escalated calls.
• Manage system issue tracking, documentation, and testing of fixes.
• Research public disclosure requests and workload reports.
• Support front counter staff with customer questions.
