Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in Indianapolis seeks a Licensing Consultant on the Global Licensing Programs team.

You will serve as a strategic advisor across Tableau, CRM Analytics, MuleSoft, Data360, and Agentforce, guiding complex, multi-cloud deals with Sales, Legal, and Deal Desk. In this hands-on, advisory role you will manage escalations, ensure licensing policy compliance, and help scale processes with AI tools, while contributing to playbooks and training across the GLP organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years coordinating complex business processes with emphasis on deal negotiation, risk management, or enterprise SaaS implementation.
• Strong knowledge of software licensing models (Subscription, SaaS, Consumption).
• Able to translate technical concepts to all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, and cross-functional partners to structure complex multi-cloud agreements.
• Manage escalations and ensure licensing policy compliance across deals.
• Investigate licensing issues and contribute to playbooks and standard operating procedures.
• Lead data-driven storytelling to support GTM decisions and training across GLP.
