The Oregon Board of Pharmacy is seeking a Licensing Representative (Public Service Representative 3) in Portland. You will engage with customers in person and by phone, guide them through licensing processes, and ensure accurate information is communicated.

The role includes data entry, license issuance/renewal, and background checks, with a focus on timely service. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, in the Portland office, supporting the agency’s mission to regulate pharmacy

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in customer

Responsabilités

• You will have regular contact with customers, in-person and by phone.
• You will answer questions relating to license categories and assist with online processes.
• You will greet visitors, process mail, issue and renew licenses, and enter data into licensing database.
