What You’ll do
CompuNet is seeking a Licensing Specialist-Cisco to provide support and satisfaction to our existing and future customer base. This role is responsible for managing EA’s and support renewals, identifying and driving expansion opportunities, and providing support to sales and engineering teams to ensure customer EA requirements are effectively met.

A strong team player with a proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, delivering exceptional results. You have a deep understanding of Cisco Systems Enterprise Agreement (EA) programs across all product portfolios, enabling you to provide strategic insights and guidance to internal teams and customers. With strong analytical skills, you excel at identifying actionable recommendations for sales and engineering teams, ensuring our customers receive optimal solutions tailored to their needs. Developing and enhancement of tools and processes to ensure awareness and actions for EA’s and renewals to meet expectations of contract and EA lifecycle.
You bring extensive experience in contract management, successfully navigating the complexities of diverse customer accounts ranging from Enterprise-level organizations to SMBs. You are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Additionally, you possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, allowing you to build trust and drive success for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
