The State of California is hiring a Licensing Program Manager I for the Fresno South Regional Child Care office. The role involves supervising Licensing Program Analysts, conducting training, and overseeing compliance with licensing policies.

Under the supervision of a Licensing Program Manager II, the Licensing Program Manager I in the Fresno South Regional Child Care office is responsible for monitoring and supervising the activities of a unit of Licensing Program Analysts, performing quality assurance reviews, planning and conducting individual and group training, reviewing complaint investigations, providing technical and supervisory direction in the office and the field, and reviewing monthly intake and production reports. The LPM I may act as the Division representative with other agencies, recruit and hire new staff, meet with facility representatives, and recommend administrative actions against noncompliance licensees. The LPM I supports the office in maintaining CCLD Policies and Procedures. Must be able to travel.
