The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a Legal Services Permits and Licensing Administrator to support licensing and regulatory filings with a hybrid work schedule. The role is based in Calabasas Hills, CA, with a minimum of three days in the office each week and collaboration with Legal, Operations, and Development teams.

You will assist with license applications, monitor deadlines, maintain records, and coordinate with government agencies and outside counsel to ensure timely and compliant

Qualifikationen

• Strong accuracy and attention to detail when preparing documents, maintaining records, and tracking deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams while following through on time-sensitive items.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication with internal teams, external counsel, and government agencies.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support the preparation, review, and submission of license and permit applications to various regulatory and government agencies.
• Monitor application statuses, key deadlines, and outstanding follow-up items to ensure timely processing and completion.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic records of licenses, permits, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Operations, and Development, to collect and validate required information and materials.
• Assist with post-submission activities, including renewals, amendments, ownership changes, management updates, and related regulatory filings.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external legal counsel regarding routine licensing matters.
• Update and maintain internal tracking systems, databases, and reporting tools to provide visibility into licensing activities and project progress.
• Identify potential issues, risks, or delays impacting licensing timelines and elevate concerns as appropriate to ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Support ongoing compliance efforts by ensuring licensing documentation remains current, complete, and accessible for audits and internal review.
