Job summary

Funko is seeking a Manager, Retail POS Insights & Analytics to transform POS, sell-through, inventory and retail data into actionable insights. The role partners with Product Planning, Sales, Finance, and BI to drive assortment and inventory decisions, with senior leadership exposure. Location includes Everett HQ, CA, MN, and AR as possible bases.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in analytics, strong Power BI, Excel, and AI-assisted tooling experience, plus excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in product planning, analytics, or related commercial consumer product roles.
• Strong understanding of POS data, sell-through, inventory metrics, and retail KPIs.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze POS, sell-through, inventory, and retail performance data across accounts and SKUs.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for planning and replenishment.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports in Power BI and Excel.
• Use DAX and Power Query to improve reporting accuracy and speed to insight.
• Prepare executive-ready summaries for senior leadership.
