Job summary

Fanatics Licensing Management is seeking a Licensing Administrator to support contract and licensee management across operations. The role emphasizes accurate records, policy adherence, and proactive licensee communication.

You will organize contract requirements, monitor royalty reporting, and assist with education materials to help licensees navigate the licensing system. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with strong MS Office skills and a passion for IP licensing.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with comfort navigating proprietary databases and licensing management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to address licensee inquiries professionally and proactively.
• Ability to organize and prioritize competing responsibilities across multiple clients, licensees, and operational workstreams simultaneously.
• Understanding of or demonstrated interest in intellectual property, trademark licensing, or the licensed consumer products industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support renewals, contract compliance, system updates, and policy change notifications.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate records of contract compliance and requirements.
• Organize, track, and coordinate inventory of product samples for licensee requests and applications.
• Prepare and deliver education materials and training information to help licensees understand the licensing system.
• Review royalty reports submitted by licensees and address inaccuracies with licensees.
