National Youth Advocate Programs (NYAP) in Palm Beach, FL is seeking a full-time Foster Care Licensing Coordinator to recruit, license, and retain quality foster homes. The candidate must hold current FL Licensing certification or Child Welfare certification and is expected to work evenings and weekends as needed.

The role reports to the Regional Manager, travels locally to support youth and families, and includes comprehensive benefits with competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.
• Candidate must have current FL Licensing certification or Child Welfare certification.
• 2 years of work experience in direct service with youth and families preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, license, and retain quality foster homes that meet community and organizational needs.
• Complete face-to-face meetings and assist with licensing paperwork in a timely manner.
• Develop home studies and maintain foster home records in appropriate systems.
• Provide ongoing training and support to licensed foster homes.
• Travel daily to deliver community-based services in compliance with requirements.
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement activities and weekly supervision.
