Job summary

Winged Keel Group, the premier national platform for structuring, implementing, and administering high-end life insurance solutions, seeks an Associate, Compliance and Licensing.

This role provides critical operational support for compliance and licensing across broker-dealer and insurance operations, ensuring proper registrations and appointments while supporting regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years in compliance, licensing, or operations in financial services.
• Familiarity with FINRA rules (OBA, PST) preferred.
• Knowledge of state licensing and carrier contracting is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Track broker-dealer compliance reporting and file filings on time.
• Monitor OBAs and PSTs reporting; provide guidance on procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding and terminations with broker-dealer and carriers.
• Manage license applications, renewals, and appointments.
• Maintain licensing databases and generate status reports.
• Identify process improvements and support internal teams.
