Reserv is an insurtech shaping claims automation through AI and modern licensing workflows. We seek a Licensing Analyst to manage applications, renewals, and CE tracking for adjusters across states, starting with data entry and progressing to complex filings and direct state communications.

A meticulous, curious communicator thrives in a regulated, fast-moving setting. Ideal candidates bring 0–2 years in licensing or related admin roles, familiarity with NIPR/Sircon, and strong data skills.

Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in insurance licensing, compliance, or a related administrative role.
Familiarity with licensing platforms (NIPR/Sircon) strongly preferred; learn fast if new.
Strong data entry skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to navigate multiple state DOI portals and online resources.

Responsibilities

Prepare, organize, and submit initial adjuster license applications across required states.
Track renewal deadlines and submit renewal applications with supporting docs.
Monitor CE requirements and log completion status by state.
Maintain licensing database and generate status reports for stakeholders.
