Job summary

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) seeks a Licensing Analyst (Analyst II) to support regulatory data activities in Riverside County. The role involves coordinating, reviewing, and analyzing survey and complaint data required by Federal and State mandates, and preparing monthly reports to track enforcement outcomes.

Reporting to the Administrative Support Manager, the analyst will contribute to district office operations with a focus on data quality and cross‑office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and data coordination abilities.
• Experience with regulatory data, reports, and liaison tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, review, and analyze survey and complaint data required by Federal and State mandates.
• Prepare monthly summary reports based on the analysis.
• Act as liaison to Headquarters and field office personnel.
• Work under the direction of the Administrative Support Manager (Supervisor I).
