Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Business Analytics & Intelligence Manager in Glendale, CA to lead Licensing Analytics within Disney Experiences. You will guide analytics for owned retail and licensee data, develop dashboards, and partner with IT to ensure data quality and governance.

You’ll drive automated data pipelines, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and translate complex data into actionable insights for executives and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytical roles.
• Led analytic products from requirements to automation.
• Proficient in project management and prioritization.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience visualizing data with Tableau/Power BI.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and derive questions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into data requirements and timely delivery.
• Work with large data environments to curate data foundations for Licensing Analytics.
• Develop automated data pipelines and analytical tools.
