Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Glendale, CA is seeking a Business Analytics & Intelligence Manager (Business Intelligence) to lead analytics for Americas Licensing Analytics, partnering with Retail and Marketing to drive data-driven decision making.

You will own automated data pipelines and dashboards, translate business needs into data requirements, collaborate with IT and data partners, and mentor analysts to deliver clear, actionable insights that inform licensing strategy and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytical experience.
• Experience leading analytic products lifecycle from requirements to automation.
• Proficient project management to handle complex projects.
• Self-starter with ability to lead from inception to completion.
• Advanced Tableau and Power BI skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in ambiguity to define questions and approaches.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data.
• Proficiency with SQL, SSIS, Knime, Alteryx, Tableau Prep.
• Knowledge of Snowflake and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Circana, Euromonitor, Statista data platforms.
• Scripting: Snowscript, JavaScript, VBA, Python.
