What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Wiring the Future – Install and repair residential electrical systems with precision and pride.

2. Crack the Code – Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.

3. Plan Like a Boss – Interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.

4. Lead with Safety – Prioritize safety and adhere to all safety protocols.

5. Keep it Legal – Ensure compliance with state and electrical codes.

6. Tag-Team Projects – Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure smooth operations.

7. Mentor & Motivate – Share your expertise with apprentices and help develop the next generation of electricians.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Valid Wireman or Journeyman Electrician License

• 2+ years of field experience (bonus if in solar!)

• Deep knowledge of electrical systems and codes

• A safety-first mindset

• Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to quality work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude
