HSBC Holdings plc in Miami is seeking a Wealth Relationship Officer to support Wealth Relationship Managers and licensed sales activity. You will enter client trade orders, open new accounts, and help deliver a high-quality client experience across banking and wealth servicing.

Fluency in Spanish is required, with additional Portuguese knowledge a plus. You will work with CRM and RM platforms, ensure compliance with US regulations, and help WRMs focus on acquisition, cross-sales, retention, and

Competenze

FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensing required.
SIE, Life and Health licenses or sponsorship may be available.
Experience in financial services or banking preferred.
Knowledge of brokerage products and related operations/regulations.
Understanding of AML and US regulatory governance in daily tasks.

Mansioni

Provide high-quality support to Wealth Relationship Managers (WRMs).
Reduce administrative workload for WRMs to free time for client meetings.
Support WRMs in banking portions of client portfolios.
Manage day-to-day client contact and service inquiries.
Facilitate hand-offs to appropriate channels to meet client needs.
Prepare sales documents and manage data input and reporting for licensed activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to move client purchase requests to completion.
Enter client trade orders and open new client accounts as directed.
