Job summary

You will perform routine operations, adjust treatments, monitor equipment, and ensure compliance with state and federal standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid US driver’s license, and appropriate water-well licensing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License required.
• Licensing: C Well or Grade I FO1; dual licensing for FO2/FO3 as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment at water production facilities and booster stations.
• Operate and maintain distribution systems including mains, valves, hydrants and service lines.
• Maintain wastewater facilities and lift stations; manage sewer collection systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair piping and related equipment.
• Perform routine water quality analyses and adjust chemical treatment as needed.
• Close work orders and document activities per department policies.
