Job summary

Advatix, Inc. in Millsboro, DE is seeking a licensed Water Operator to join our Renewables & Environment team. This full-time role requires a valid Water Operator license with 1–2 endorsements, 1–3 years of operating experience, and the ability to work a night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Tuesday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Active Water Operator license with 1–2 endorsements.
• 1–3 years of acceptable operating experience.
• DE recertify every 2 years with 20 hours; NC recertify annually with 6 hours of continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Operate the water treatment system.
• Assist with compliance documentation and recordkeeping.
• Maintenance of water equipment and wells.
• Adheres to all safety requirements, including PPE.
• Performs process control lab work.
