Mountaire Farms is seeking a Water Operator Lvl C to join the team in Millsboro, DE. The role involves supervised operation of the water treatment system, maintenance of equipment and wells, and performing process control lab work on the 3rd shift.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, an active Water Operator license or be in certification, and at least 1 year of operating experience, with state-specific recertification requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active Water Operator license or in certification process.
• 1 year of acceptable operating experience.
• Delaware: recertify every 2 years with 20 hours of approved training.
• North Carolina: recertify annually with 6 hours of continuing education.

Responsabilités

• Supervised operation of the water treatment system.
• Maintenance of water equipment and wells.
• Performs process control lab work.
• Adheres to all safety requirements including PPE, lockout-tagout and process safety management.
• Assists with compliance documentation and recordkeeping.
