Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring licensed LVN/LPN nurses to work in California public school districts for the school year. This in-person role offers a Monday–Friday schedule during the school year, with ASAP start and flexible options to fit your lifestyle.

You'll manage care for students with chronic conditions, provide 1:1 support, and coordinate with families and school staff. Competitive pay, benefits for eligible providers, and opportunities to obtain a school nursing credential are available.

Responsibilities

• Manage care of students with chronic health conditions by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents.
• Provide 1:1 support that may include g-tube, trach, catheter, diabetic management, seizure precautions.
• Monitor immunization records to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records.
• Communicate with parents regarding their child’s health status and follow-up care.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes) by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents.

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
