We are seeking dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses to join our team at CNS, where we focus on helping individuals with traumatic brain injuries regain their independence and improve their quality of life. This full-time position involves working at our residential site during double weekend shifts, with a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care at the residential site, including assessments, medication administration, and patient education.
• Monitor patient progress and document care accurately.
• Follow physician's orders and assist with daily routines and treatments.
• Ensure safety and provide emergency first aid when necessary.
• Assist with patient transfers and transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Texas LVN licensure; Blood Draw and IV certifications preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and advocate for patient care.
• Valid driver's license and clearance for drug, health, and criminal background checks.
