Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide direct patient care in an in-person setting in Los Angeles, CA.

The LVN will support RNs and physicians with vital signs, data collection, medication administration, and treatment delivery in a geriatric-focused environment. The ideal candidate will hold a California LVN license, have at least 1 year of LVN experience with frail or elderly populations, and possess a valid BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited LVN program.
• Current California LVN license (Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians).
• BLS certification or higher required, valid in AHA/Red Cross guidelines.
• Bilingual Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN or physician supervision.
• Obtain vital signs, collect data, administer medications, and perform treatments.
