St. Joseph's Home Health, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who speaks Spanish to join a compassionate, patient-centered team in Midland, TX. You will work under the RN to deliver high-quality care in a home health setting.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, strong patient communication, and adherence to infection control and documentation standards. Prior LVN experience and CPR certification are preferred, with opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing.
• Proof of current LVN license.
• Proof of CPR certification.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum 1 year LVN experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying the physical and environmental needs of patients as evidenced by documentation and reports.
• Participate in planning and implementing care in conjunction with the RN.
• Provide care utilizing infection control measures.
• Assure continuity of quality patient care with proper documentation.
• Prepare regular clinical and progress notes and summaries.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and teach self-care techniques.
• Maintain a safe environment for the patient and confidentiality.
• Follow emergency procedures for catastrophic events or changes in condition.
