Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program.
• Maintains current LVN license.
• Maintains CPR certification.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying patient needs and contribute to care plans under RN supervision.
• Participate in planning and implementing care with the RN.
• Provide care while following infection control measures.
• Ensure continuity of high-quality care with proper documentation.
• Prepare clinical and progress notes and summaries.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and teach self-care.
• Maintain a safe environment for patient and staff.
