City View Post-Acute is hiring a full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team and provide high-quality care to residents in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, rehabilitation staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
• Advocate for residents while providing compassionate care and support to residents and their families.
