Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Conduct vital signs, monitor patient conditions, and report changes to RNs and physicians.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Participate in care conferences and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
