Job summary

OnShift, Inc. in Los Angeles is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our skilled nursing facility team and deliver best-in-class resident care. We welcome all qualified applicants, whether starting out or with experience.

Available Shift: Full-time 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am on a rotating schedule. Responsibilities include supervising CNAs, medication administration, and care planning. Pay ranges from $38 to $40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in California.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including booster shots.
• Knowledge of long-term care patient needs.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to CNAs.
• Oversee the care and wellbeing of residents.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Complete charting and treatment plans/physician orders.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Make rounds with physicians as requested/necessary.
• Orient and welcome new residents and families.
• Knowledge of PCC (Point Click Care).
• Other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC)
• Other duties as assigned

PAY SCALE: $38 - $40/ Hour

Depending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, regularly scheduled work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise
