Job summary

West Hills Health and Rehab Center is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses to join our team in California. The role offers a floatable schedule with 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm shifts and opportunities to lead certified nursing assistants while caring for residents in a long-term care setting.

Applicants must hold an active California LVN license and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Medication administration, charting, and collaboration with physicians are key duties; PCC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to certified nursing assistants.

• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Make rounds with physicians as requested/necessary.
• Orient and welcome new residents and families.
• Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC).
