Job Summary and Qualifications

We seek a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide expert patient care. Join our supportive team committed to meaningful patient interactions.

In this role, you will:

• Perform clinical tasks like vital signs, lab specimens, EKGs, and IM injections.
• Manage patient charts, including history, documentation, and audits.
• Apply splints, dressings, and bandages.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and chart auditing.
• Maintain records of lab work and drug screens.
• Inform patients and visitors of clinic progress.
• Follow occupational client’s preference cards and procedures.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
• Current LVN license in your state.
• Preferred 1+ year clinical experience.
• Experience with EHR systems is helpful.
• Ability to obtain BLS certification within 30 days.
• Must obtain Federal Breath Alcohol and Drug Screening Certifications within 3 months.

The clinic hours are Monday to Friday 8am–9pm, Saturday 8am–8pm, and Sunday 8am–5pm. Flexibility to work these hours is required.
