• Prior LVN experience required.
• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RN in planning and implementing nursing care.
• Prepare equipment and materials for treatments, observing aseptic technique.
• Assist the patient in learning appropriate self-care techniques.
• Complete timely documentation of care and patient information.
• Provide infection control measures and communicate with patient/family and health professionals.
