Qualifications

• Must possess a valid LVN license in California.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Minimum of two years’ direct patient care experience as an LVN.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per nursing care plan and physician orders.
• Assist with medication administration, draws blood, and IV starts (if certified).
• Triages patient calls and coordinates with the care team.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and infection control procedures.
