Cuero Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an LVN Charge Nurse to oversee the provision of high-quality care for residents. This role includes observing and documenting patient conditions, administering medications, and ensuring effective implementation of care plans.

The LVN Charge Nurse will assist in ensuring the provision of quality care that promotes the highest practicable physical, mental and psychological well-being of each resident as determined by resident assessments and individual plans of care.
