Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes under RN supervision in Waxahachie, TX. The role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited LVN program, holds an active LVN license, has 2 years of LVN experience (home health preferred), CPR/Hepatitis clearance, and a valid Texas driver’s license. We support your professional goals and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
• Two years LVN experience; home health preferred.
• Current LVN license for the state.
• CPR and Hepatitis profile current.
• Valid driver's license for state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse in clients' homes.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referral sources.
• Document care provided and communicate plans with the team and family.
