Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role requires coordination with the care team, families, and referring agencies in Texas.

Qualified applicants will hold an LVN license, a valid Texas driver’s license, CPR certification, and preferably two years of LVN/home health experience. We offer PTO, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing.
• Current state license as an LVN.
• Current State’s Driver’s License.
• Two years’ LVN experience; home health preferred.
• Proof of CPR and Hepatitis profile.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care under RN supervision for clients in their place of residence.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family and referring agency.
