Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes under the supervision of a registered nurse. The role collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, patients, families, and referring agencies to coordinate care.

Eligible candidates should have an accredited LVN program diploma, an active LVN license, a valid driver’s license, and CPR/Hepatitis clearance. Two years’ LVN experience is preferred, with home health setting valued.

Qualifications

• Current LVN license in the state
• Current State Driver's License
• Two years LVN experience; home health preferred
• Proof of CPR and Hepatitis profile
