Quality Talent Group is partnered with a nonprofit health system serving over 600 centers across multiple states. They are seeking dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join their team and help deliver compassionate, high‑quality care to a broad patient population.

The LVN will review records, support preventive services, educate patients, and collaborate with Nurse Navigators and families to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a vocational/technical nursing program.
• Current LVN/LPN license in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of lab procedures and diagnostic testing.
• Experience with EMR systems and charting.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records, identify care gaps, and schedule preventive services per protocols.
