Quality Talent Group is partnering with a nonprofit health system with 600+ centers nationwide to hire Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs). The role supports patient care across day and night shifts in a community-focused environment.

Ideal candidates are graduates of a vocational nursing program with an active LVN/LPN license in the state of practice, strong documentation and communication skills, and proficiency with EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Graduates of a vocational/technical nursing program.
• Current LVN/LPN license in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of lab procedures, diagnostic testing, and EMR systems.
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records, identify gaps in care, and schedule preventive services per physician-approved protocols.
• Collaborate with providers, Nurse Navigators, and families to ensure continuity of care and patient support.
• Educate patients using evidence-based guidelines to promote engagement and health compliance.
• Maintain documentation accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
