Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for full-time/part-time day and night shifts with a non-profit health system across multiple states, including Texas. The LVN will review records, coordinate preventive services, educate patients, and ensure compliant documentation, while collaborating with physicians, navigators, and families to support patient care.

• Collaborate with providers, Nurse Navigators, and families to ensure continuity of care and patient support.
• Educate patients using evidence-based guidelines to promote engagement and health compliance.
• Maintain documentation accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
