Job summary

Quality Talent Group represents a nonprofit health system seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join their team in Texas. The organization emphasizes patient-centered care across 600+ centers and a large network of physicians and associates.

LVNs will support preventive services and care coordination in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates graduate from vocational nursing programs, hold a current LVN/LPN license, and demonstrate strong clinical documentation and patient communication

Qualifications

• Graduate of a vocational/technical nursing program.
• Current LVN/LPN license in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of lab procedures, diagnostic testing, and EMR systems.
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records, identify gaps in care, and schedule preventive services per physician-approved protocols.
• Collaborate with providers, Nurse Navigators, and families to ensure continuity of care and patient support.
• Educate patients using evidence-based guidelines to promote engagement and health compliance.
• Maintain documentation accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
