Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a nonprofit health system seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join their team. The role supports patient care across multiple centers, with day and night shifts and both full-time and part-time employment options.

You will review records, collaborate with providers and families, educate patients, and maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems, while ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a vocational/technical nursing program.
• Current LVN/LPN license in Texas.
• Knowledge of lab procedures, diagnostic testing, and EMR systems.
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records, identify gaps in care, and schedule preventive services per physician-approved protocols.
• Collaborate with providers, Nurse Navigators, and families to ensure continuity of care and patient support.
• Educate patients using evidence-based guidelines to promote engagement and health compliance.
• Maintain documentation accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
