Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join a nonprofit health system with 600+ centers across multiple states. Flexible scheduling and day/night shifts support work-life balance; options for full-time or part-time roles.

Responsibilities include reviewing records, coordinating preventive services, and educating patients using evidence-based guidelines. Qualifications include graduation from a vocational nursing program and current LVN/LPN license.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review medical records, identify gaps in care, and schedule preventive services per physician-approved protocols.
• Collaborate with providers, Nurse Navigators, and families to ensure continuity of care and patient support.
• Educate patients using evidence-based guidelines to promote engagement and health compliance.
• Maintain documentation accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
