Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join a nonprofit health system. The LVN provides patient-centered care, supports preventive services, and works day or night shifts on a full- or part-time basis in Beaumont, TX.

Ideal candidates will have a vocational nursing program diploma and a current LVN/LPN license in the state of practice, with experience using EMR systems. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a vocational/technical nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records, identify gaps in care, and schedule preventive services per physician-approved protocols.

• Educate patients using evidence-based guidelines to promote engagement and health compliance.
• Maintain documentation accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
