Quality Talent Group is recruiting Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to support a non-profit health system with 600+ centers across multiple states. The role offers day and night shifts, full-time and part-time options, and a focus on high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates are graduates of a vocational/technical nursing program with an active LVN/LPN license in their state, strong documentation, and excellent organizational skills. EMR familiarity is preferred to promote care coordination.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of lab procedures, diagnostic testing, and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records, identify gaps in care, and schedule preventive services per physician-approved protocols.
• Collaborate with providers, Nurse Navigators, and families to ensure continuity of care and patient support.
• Educate patients using evidence-based guidelines to promote engagement and health compliance.
• Maintain documentation accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
