Job summary

The Bradford At Brookside is seeking an LVN/LPN to join our clinical team. You will participate in and oversee patient care within the LVN/LPN scope, observe and report changes, and document in EMR according to policy.

Responsibilities include administering medications, implementing care plans, and supervising CNA staff to ensure optimal patient well-being and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid LVN/LPN license in the state.
• Current LVN/LPN licensure to practice.

Responsibilities

• Document patient conditions in EMR per policies and regulations.
