The Dalby Unit offers a fast-paced clinical environment where LVNs play a critical role in daily patient care, emergency response, chronic disease management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Nurses are empowered to utilize their assessment and critical-thinking skills while contributing to positive patient outcomes.

• Clinic LVN | Rotating, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Clinic LVN | Rotating, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

This 4-on, 4 off schedule gives you extended time away from work to refresh, recharge, and enjoy more of what matters to you!

Competitive Pay – Earn a strong salary plus shift differential:

• Night Differential: +$3/hr on weekday nights
• Weekend Differential: +$3/hr on weekend days
• Weekend Night Differential: +$6/hr on weekend nights

Qualifications

Current Vocational Nurse License in the State of Texas, or ability to transfer license to Texas, or scheduled to complete a program of vocational nursing within 120 days of applying for a position . Current CPR certification. Graduated from an approved accredited nursing program. New graduates must pass the National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN) on the first attempt. No experience required.
