Job summary

Quality Talent Group is partnering with a non-profit health system to recruit Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) for daytime and nighttime shifts. This full-time/part-time role offers flexible scheduling within a large network of centers, with opportunities to support a mission-driven team and improve patient care.

Ideal candidates are graduates of a vocational nursing program, hold a current LVN/LPN license in the state, and possess knowledge of lab procedures, diagnostic testing, and EMR

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with providers, Nurse Navigators, and families to ensure continuity of care and patient support.
• Educate patients using evidence-based guidelines to promote engagement and health compliance.
• Maintain documentation accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
