Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) for a non-profit health system with 600+ centers across several states. This role offers Full Time or Part Time schedules and Day/Night shifts to support patient care needs in Texas.

The LVN will review medical records, assist with preventive services per protocols, collaborate with providers and families, and document with accuracy in EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a vocational/technical nursing program.
• Current LVN/LPN license in the state of practice (Texas).
• Knowledge of lab procedures, diagnostic testing, and EMR systems.
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records, identify gaps in care, and schedule preventive services per physician-approved protocols.
• Collaborate with providers, Nurse Navigators, and families to ensure continuity of care and patient support.
• Educate patients using evidence-based guidelines to promote engagement and health compliance.
• Maintain documentation accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
