Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes across Denison, TX. You will work under a registered nurse and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.

The ideal candidate holds an LVN license, a valid Texas driver's license, and at least two years of LVN experience (home health preferred). CPR certification and hep B proof are required.

Responsibilities
