Job summary

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Managed Care in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join a team delivering high-quality, compassionate healthcare across 22 facilities in West Texas.

The LVN will administer medications, perform health assessments, and contribute to treatment plans, supporting patient well-being in a Values-Based Culture aligned with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice facilities.

Qualifications

• Current Vocational Nurse License in Texas, or transfer eligibility, or will complete nursing program within 120 days of applying.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Graduated from an approved accredited nursing program.
• New graduates must pass the NCLEX-PN on first attempt.
• No prior experience required.

New graduates must pass the National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX- PN) on the first attempt. No experience required.
