Job summary

Western Veterinary Partners is seeking Licensed Veterinary Technicians (LVTs) for leadership, relief, and general practice roles across our Seattle metro network. Positions include lead technician, general practice tech, and regional relief roles with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Compensation ranges hourly and depends on location, experience, and position hired. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, CE allowance, health coverage, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

  • Opportunities may include full-time, part-time, relief, leadership, and hospital-specific positions depending on your interests and experience.

Compensation and benefits:

  • Compensation:$30-40per hour, for each hour worked
    • Within the range, individual pay is determined by position, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
  • CE allowance:$500-$1,000annually based on position and tenure
  • Health package:Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Life insurance and disability

  • 401k –with company match beginning in 2027
  • Depending on location and position hired - up to 120 hours of combined vacation and sick time, plus holidays
  • Additional benefits may be available based on location
